The Big Move: From Chicago to an Island

Growing up and raising a family in IL, I never thought I would actually ever leave. Elvis and I had always dreamed of living in FL but it was just never the right time. Well, in October of 2019 all those cards fully aligned and we packed up the kids and our 2 dogs ( Jack & Beans) and headed south. to Melbourne Beach, FL. We searched for over a year before we moved for a home on the beach, but nothing we saw was ever able to check all of our boxes. In the end we decided that a Beach Home just wasn't a good fit for us right now. Which led us to ultimately agreeing we would need to ...BUILD OUR DREAM HOME.
